  • I've had it with this place. "In about an hour" - I don't think so. Two years ago I ordered a pair of glasses and was told, when I called back, that there was a scratch in the lens and they would have to order another set that would take a few days. It took two weeks. Today I ordered a pair of glasses and sunglasses. I was told the glasses would take a week or so because they didn't have the stock they needed but the sunglasses would be ready that afternoon. I just called back - guess what, "A lens was scratched so we will have to order a replacement - it will take about a week." SAME excuse - same bad service. On my way over there to cancel the order. I'll be going to Cosco's.
