  • We went to Arrowhead Carpet to buy new living room carpet. We met with one of the owners. I told him immediately I wanted a carpet that didn't show footprints. He showed us a carpet that he said would be great. It wasn't . He told me I should get a carpet rake to get rid of the foot prints . On my second call, the partner said I should come in and we would 'work things out'. He was busy with another customer so his partner started to take care of us. He insinuated I was a liar when I told him I had asked for a carpet that didn't show footprints. He said 'no one ever says that'. Then he showed us one very thin carpet that I didn't like at all. I asked what else he had and was told everything else would show foot prints. Then he said his wife would take care of us. She was no help at all. Their deal was that they would cover the installation. I would pay for new carpet. That deal works for them, not for me. I would be paying twice for carpet and the profit goes in their pockets. I must say that the installers were right on time and did a very nice job. They cleaned everything up and vacuumed the carpet. Do yourself a favor. Find a different company to do business with. They are rude and condescending. They are a no star company.
