I needed to cancel my membership was told I had to come in to fill out paperwork so I scheduled services since I had credits. I upgraded thinking I had points to cover it but was charged $20 anyway (later I found out I have enough points for all kinds of upgrades!).. I cancelled my membership and 3 wks later I find I was charged again, I call to find out why and was met with incompetence..the girl couldn't find my account, (claims she's dyslexic) didn't know why my account was charged and that there's no record of canceling and I needed to go to another location 1/2 hrs away (where I originally joined) and fill out paperwork..what???..I asked to speak to a manager and told they don't have one, and there's no one I can speak with, so I then asked for owners name Eric Brown (same name as the person who charged me when I had points to cover and took my cancellation paperwork) he wasn't in and they have no idea when he'll be in (I'm still waiting for him to call!).. I ended up calling the location I originally signed and that's when I found out I have all kinds of points for upgrades! They credited me for my latest payment (I should have been told that if you cancel you'll be charged for the last month before it takes effect) and since I didn't think I would use all 12 pkg in 90 days she was able to credit me 4 of them so I only had 8 to use.. amazing how this store is clueless to customer service with the owner Eric Brown being at the helm but the other store owned by his brother Mitchell Brown was able to go above and beyond to make things right. I don't know who was Moms favorite but I know who's mine.. I'll never return to this location!!
