  • Let me start by saying, we ended up here by default. Went to Coach House for some cocktails, at about 9:30 we were hungry, looked up what was close by, it was The Beverly, online it said they were open till 12. We went there, they were open, but told us that the kitchen was closed. They suggested EVO, acc. to their directions it seemed a little further than we wanted to walk so we strolled up to Scottsdale Rd, figured there had to be something open on the main drag. Again, nothing open. One of the employees from anther restaurant that was closing up also suggested EVO, so we figured well if 2 people in the biz suggest them, then maybe we should go. Absolutely delish!! I had the kale/Brussel sprout salad to start, it was very tasty, my only suggestion is maybe a little more goat cheese to balance it out a little more. Then I had the shrimp fettuccine, fresh pasta, cooked perfectly in a pesto alfredo sauce, the shrimp were overcooked and rubbery, but honestly the pasta and sauce were so good, I could have eaten another bowl of it on it's own. Ambiance is a nice relaxed intimate setting. It's not super pricey, drinks are, but it is Scottsdale. Great for a group gathering or a date night. Most importantly their kitchen is open till 2am. Will definitely be back!!
