  • A friend suggested I go to Rozi's to send a gift basket for the holidays. I was excited that I could create my own and have them ship the package for me. At check out, I was promised a tracking number would be sent via email upon my item shipping, but I was never sent one. When I called to inquire whether the package had shipped, I was told that it would take an hour to find that information and that since there were no packages left in the store that it probably shipped. They said they'd have to call me back, but I was unable to provide my information before they hung up. As for the products, great. The service? I've certainly had better.
