  • You don't get repeat business if your product or practices do not exude quality or your customer service sucks horribly. This is the third time we have called Rob to clean the carpet which definitely speaks volumes. We did try the complex's free carpet cleaning prior and the adage "You get what you pay for applied". The carpet had all of the nap of a concrete floor and literally started getting very dirty in seconds because the vendor failed to pre-treat the carpet or rake it to restore nap. In fact, the carpet looked 50 times worse than Stanley Steemer because of all the soap they used which literally attracted more dirt. Plus, it took the carpet more than 8 hrs to dry because of all the water they used. Rob came in to this horror and made the carpet look better than the last time he came. My wife met him and was impressed with his attention to detail and safety. Also, she liked his punctuality and customer service attitude.
