  • If you are looking for that amazing bending over backwards customer service, you won't find it at Porter. The staffs attitude is similar to a criminal who has just swam across the island waters and is now miserably seeking a place to hide!!! Need I say more, avoid this airline and pay a little more fare to fly out of Pearson, you will thank me at the end!!!!
