  • TOTALLY CRABBY RECEPTIONIST!!! Her name is Roxana and she is crabby, rude, disrespectful and LOVES how crabby she is. I asked if she was having a bad day after she slammed a clipboard down and rolled her eyes because she grabbed the wrong form. Who wants to deal with this when you're going in sick with your own problems??!!! The other receptionist seemed just as happy being miserable but she did actually smile at a patient other than what looks like a bunch of complaint together. She did SLAM the glass window closed so maybe she's just as grumpy. But who can tell with the sourpuss faces. Yea, I'll find another place thanks!!!
