  • I'm still torn on this one. My first visit was HORRIBLE. It was getting a second test/follow up from a test I'd had done in CO. My whole appointment took forever (2 hours!) from the waiting room, to waiting IN a room forvever, to have the woman who was taking my info get up and LEAVE, twice, in the middle of taking my medical history, for 15 minutes at one point. My PA (RN?) Brandy was horrible; she was cold and unfriendly, shot down all my questions, and I actually left there in tears. I'm a sex educator, and have never had a negative GYN experience like this. I felt gross and dirty and just wanted to curl up in a ball. 1 star, IF that. When I went back for my test results/biopsy, I made sure to specify that I didn't want the same person. This time, everything went quicker, everyone was friendly, the RN (I think her name was Jenny - I saved her card somewhere) was friendly, open minded, put me at ease, answered questions, made jokes, and chatted me up a little after. Such an incredibly different experience. 4.5 stars, without a doubt! I go back next week for my follow up on this test. I wonder which direction this will go. I'm giving it three stars, but will try to do an update.
