  • Do NOT waste your time with this business. They ask for your insurance info then never bill insurance! You get these ridiculously high bills week after week with no insurance claims submitted and then you can't reach their billing reps. I wrote 3 letters and made 5 different phone calls trying to reach these clowns and NEVER got a reply or a person to speak with. In one case after 1 hour and 9 minutes on hold I was told I was now "#1 in line with 56 minutes left to wait"! After 2 hours and 33 minutes on this SAME call, still no answer!! What a scam!! This happens again and again - they have absolutely NO intention of honoring their advertised promises regarding insurance or of responding to their customers. Worst of all, whatever time you saved going here is lost 10 times over trying to resolve your bill. You are better off going to these new clinics in Walgreens and Fry's. In fact, there is one close to this StatClinix - in the Walgreens on Frank Lloyd Wright and Thompson Peak - way faster, they bill insurance on the spot and are readily available to answer questions.
