  • I have read the previous reviews and I'm kind of surprised by the negative ones. Not to say that these things didn't happen but I'm still surprised. I picked up my Nissan Rogue on 8/11/2014. Ralph made everything so easy. I told him what I wanted and it was like he had it waiting for me at the door. They gave me a very fair trade for my 2003 Highlander and didn't flinch when I couldn't make up my mind on whether I wanted to buy or lease. It was the easiest car buying experience I've ever had. I've been back to the service department for a few things and they have always been great. They get me in when its convenient for me and always do what's promised. They never try to push unnecessary things off on me and they take top notch care of me. I can't wait until this lease is up so that I can go in and do this all over again because they really do make you more than comfortable. Oh and the title clerk....her name escapes me right now, was just so very awesome.
