| - I am a person who never really complains about things, because I completely understand that sometimes things go wrong or things are out of our hands and it is no ones fault.
That being said, I am so frustrated and upset with Arizona Federal Credit Union.
I had banked with US Bank for 8 years and had no problems, then my parents encouraged me to close that account and get one with Arizona Federal...so I did and I also ended up financing my car through them.
Now I am completely done with this credit union and will be refinancing my car and closing all of my accounts.
On September 10th I called for them to send my title to Washington State, as I had moved but wanted to keep my banking with AZ Federal. They told me it would take about 7 business days and cost 12$. I said fine. Then on Monday the 15th, I noticed no fee had been taken out so I called the bank to follow up. They once again assured me everything had been done on their end, and there would be no charge because the title was actually an electronic one, not paper...and they were just waiting for the DMV in WA to do their part. Weird but fine. Call again on Thursday the 18th...am told by the supervisor Samantha that they had dropped the ball and nothing had been done. Oh AND the process takes 10-15 business days, not 7. I explain to her what I was told and that this NEEDS to happen by tomorrow. She keeps saying sorry and in the end tells me they are overnighting the PAPER title (because now it is not electronic anymore?) and it will be at the DMV tomorrow and she will call me at 9am.
10am Friday morning, no call from Samantha. I call and apparently she is on a break...a very long one since I waited 45 min to talk to her. So I talk to Alex, another supervisor. He tells me they never overnight titles, and it will always take 5 business days (Not 7..or 10/15 anymore). And that it is ELECTRONIC, so it won't be mailed. I ask for his supervisor Melissa. She is apparently busy and cannot talk. Big surprise, I again ask for Samantha and she is still busy. SURE you are.
I ask Alex for my payoff amount and let him know I will be closing my accounts and would like the CEO's number to let him know how his business is running. That number is ridiculous, since it is only a message service and you don't actually talk to someone.
Now I am talking to Juiie in the titles department she lets me know they printed my PAPER TITLE on Wednesday the 18th, and she is confused why they could not fax it to the WA DMV since that is the only thing the DMV needs (Surprisingly the DMV is being super nice and helpful, and they are confused why this bank is so dumb as well)
As you can see, I have heard so many different stories, and my title proof has STILL not been sent to the WA DMV.
I love the idea of small credit unions instead of the big banks, but now...I can say I am done with AZ Federal. And am so beyond upset that I had to call this many times and do THEIR job for them, and still have nothing to show for it.
