  • I literally just left the place flipping crying but how horrible my bio/shellac mani was Figured I just got paid ball out. Walked it with the same upbeat attitude I've had all week thinking I'm going to get the best pampering of my life. That's not what happen. I never call out people from horrible experience especially because I'm not to sure the type of day they're having. But the way my shellac mani looks, it is GARBAGE! When I mean garbage I mean %*#+ garbage! Sorry Ivan but this was a poo show. I walked in with long nails and walked out with stubs and a colour job like my 4 year old niece did it. My nails are all crooked and uneven. The file job was horrendous and to add insult to injury, I got 2 horrible cuts. AND I know for a fact Ivan saw my fingers were bleeding. Not even a sorry as I bled all over their water marble bowl. $50+ for BS GARBAGE. I've never felt so ripped off and scammed and left high and dry dissatisfied in my life. I left and walked back in to ask for a bandaid, the lady at the front dashed 2 bandages across the counter and walked away. Didn't even bother asking what happen as she noticed I'm bleeding everywhere. I literally left crying and if it wasn't for my sun glasses covering my eyes, it would have been a total embarrassment. Minus the fact that this place does not I repeat DOES NOT SANITIZE their tools, I wouldn't recommend this place to my worse enemy. The customer experience is horrible. I've always had a problem complaining to businesses in person because I'd never want to cause a seen at an establishment but I'm sure walking out crying is good enough to ask if everything is okay.
