  • It's been years since I'd been here and only returned because someone had given me a gift certificate. And now I remember why I stopped coming here. Scheduled a gel mani and pedi. They started my mani first and moved me to a pedi chair once my polish had been removed. The massage chair was broken and uncomfortable for the entire visit because the rollers were in the middle of my back. They worked on both my hands and my feet at the same time and acted like they couldn't get me out of there fast enough. They asked me if I was in a hurry and I told them no, not knowing where they got that idea. The man pretended to trim my cuticles and when I asked him said there was nothing to remove (that has never been the case). The woman doing my pedi was more attentive to the woman (who took the mans place) painting my fingernails than anything else. It wasn't relaxing and I left with a sore lower back from being twisted because they did both at the same time. Not pleased with the outcome of the mani but pedi ok. Never again.
