rev:text	Since most people look for one star reviews to look at first I hope you find this... I normally dread going into Verizon stores now because it feels like I'm walking on your used car lot. I had a major technical issue with my iPhone 5c. The rep Sea Cassidy spent an hour with me to try and fix this issue. He was unable to resolve it and pointed me at the Apple store. I went there and they were able to fix it. I believe it was an apple Apple issue. A few hours later though the phone reverted back to searching for a signal. Let's just say I wasn't happy. (Cut to videotape of the Atom bomb going off) I went back to the Verizon store and Shaun walked me through trying to fix it again. I've been on unlimited data for the better part of three years and have been hesitant to actually upgrade my contract and get a new phone as a result. I had bought mine aftermarket cash to keep my unlimited data up until this point. Sean pulled up my last six months of data usage and showed me that if I move my plan over it would save me around $45 a month and I can get a new iPhone 6. Okay here's where it gets interesting --I was so impressed with the way he handled me ~I can be a little bit of a bear when I feel I am being worked on by a sales person. If you've read this far here's what I can tell you: 1. I was ready to switch my service away from Verizon. 2. My blood pressure generally goes up when I walk into a Verizon store. 3. After dealing with Sean, I will refer anyone I know and go out of my way to let them know that they MUST go to the store on Camelback and ask for him specifically... he will restore your faith in Verizon. Added bonus if you've read this far -At the risk of being in hot water with my wife I :/ decided to buy a Bluetooth Bose system from him because I know that helps their stats somehow(...and I really needed an excuse to buy one).
