  • My food was burned beyond recognition. I asked for medium, and it was blackened. I sent it back and got a raw burger. If Burgers are your business, you think they could discern between the different levels of done-ness. Went back and food was not prepared well. We were seated across from the cooks and could see that they were not that clean. Perhaps it has changed based on the other positive reviews, but my experiences have been horrid.
