  • Terry McDonald has to be..no wait.. IS THE BEST buyers agent one could ever come across when searching for a home in Charlotte. My family and I wanted to relocate from VA to NC so finding a good agent was very important and also presented a challenge. We were just googling agents and we came across The McDonald Group and we researched them and from the very detailed and informative videos on You Tube (search The McDonald Group) to the links on the website with all the information right at your fingertips ...clearly Terry and his group were the best choice. My situation was very unique because I was working overseas and Terry made sure I was very well informed about everything going on in the process and coordinating a good time for my wife to travel from VA to Charlotte to look at homes. We sent Terry a list of homes we were looking at and he put together his list for us according to our preferences. My wife flew to Charlotte and I believe she looked at more than 12 homes. We found a home we liked and we signed paperwork for it the next day. Terry kept in touch with me while overseas via my MagicJack and via email no matter what he was accessible to me even though I was 8.5 hours ahead in time zones. Any questions I had they were answered within 24-48hours and he gets RESULTS!! He fights for you..the buyer. That is what you want when buying a home not all the fluff but a genuine agent that will give you his/her honest opinion and lead you in the right direction for you and your family and that is who Terry is. He helped us close within 30 days...NO MONEY DOWN..oh and get this... A BRAND NEW 5BD 3BA HOME for an AMAZING PRICE!!! My wife and I love Terry and his group they made our first time home buying experience a walk in the park and not a headache like you hear most people go through with other realtors or agents.
