  • My husband & myself were looking for a safe family friendly gated community- we are very familiar with the area. When we walked in to visit and take a look at the 2bed/2 bath we were pleasantly greeted by office leasing staff Brittnee. She was hands down very honest, upfront and answered all questions and concerns of ours. We were able to get the unit we wanted & move In next month. I will of course update my review once we move in but I am loving the fact our unit has an attached garage! That is huge with a young child and the hot summers in Vegas ( I like to cool the car off first before getting in). Another plus is it is gas and not electric stoves & has a fireplace. Fixtures and appliances a little outdated BUT the amount of storage and other features outweigh that for us. Master bath has large soak tub and separate shower - his & hers closets. Only thing that made me give a 4 star & not a 5 star is very little grass areas but the ones you find are very nice and green. And not many close uncovered parking if you have a 2nd vehicle.
