  • Their quotes are outrageously high. A panel is not $6500 to upgrade. A recommendation on a fully licensed, insured and bonded electrician with a great reputation quoted us $1800 on the exact same job. He was also a fraction of Clover's extremely high septic line replacement cost. I don't understand why people would pay their prices. It's comical, tbh.
