  • Brian is amazing! He came out within 3 hours of us calling because our air conditioning was completely out. He was professional and kind. He even asked if he could give my dogs treats, which was so sweet! He figured out that I needed a new motor and made it his top priority to get the part. When he found out that the manufacturer would not have the part in for a week he called everywhere to hunt it down for us. Then after hours of research told the manufacture that there was no part in the valley and that rush shipping would not be enough when we have 100 degree weather. He got the manufacturer to agree to give him the part out of one of their brand new units. He had it installed within 24 hours. I have never had this great of service with an AC company. I highly recommend them!!!
