  • Very upset over the handling of my dog. Was done by Ariana & he came home unable to stand up or walk. Went to the Vet & was told he'd been Traumatized from the neck. I observed that they use a tight leash on the neck while grooming. I also saw that the same girl answers the phone, & checks in their overbooked new dogs while she has a dog on the table. Just tightens the neckleash. The result was so bad I was told he may end up paralysed, at least for awhile. Anti-inflammatory & pain shots were given & he returned home on Tramadol. This went on for 2 months & I got nowhere with Petsmart. Their manager, named Chris was very smuck, saying he probable had arthritis due to age. I wrote to the main Corporate Office 3X and No response. Now taking Legal action. BEWARE!!!
