  • Came in and asked how long to wait for a pedicure. The gentleman (seemed to be in charge) said about 10 min. About 5 min later, they sat us in pedicure chairs, filled the water and left us there FOR AN HOUR! We kept asking how much longer and the response was "10 more minutes". We finally had to walk out because we were just left in the pedicure chairs.
