  • We were traveling with my mother-in-law who uses a cane and has other issues. When we returned the car, there was not a wheel chair available. I asked my mother-in-law if she was up to walking or should I run to the terminal and get a chair. The National person said, hey, we're not busy, hop back in, I'll drop you off at the front door. Wow! Friendly staff, above and beyond service. Easy pick up and return.
