  • This was my first experience ever coming to Ulta and I was blown away by how nice and helpful the staff were. I'm not a make up expert, I have acne, and I was nervous about coming in. The woman at the Clinique counter was extremely nice about helping find a shade, even if it took more than one try. She also helped me find a skin care regime to help with the acne. I never once felt out of place or not good enough to be in there (a worry I had after a bad Sephora experience). Everyone was welcoming and eager to help. I also did not feel like they were pushing products or just trying to make a sale, rather they were listening to my concerns and helping find affordable options.
