I had a TERRIBLE experience at ATT. I wish I can put negative points.
The first time I called, I placed an order over phone for a sim card and it was shipped to a WRONG address. (It took 40min to place this order.)
Then I was told that I can only call to handle this issue. So I called for the second time. The agent spent over 30 min on this issue and his solution was to cancel the previous order and place a new one. BUT, later I got an email saying that the older was shipped (to the wrong address). Again, I'm told that I have to call.
For the third time I called, the agent did solve this problem. He told me that in fact the cancellation was not successful. And I can leave the old order as it is.
Over all, the problem is solved, but it took me over 2 HOURS to deal with this issue!!!! How can it be so ridiculous ?! When I asked the 3rd agent what att can do to compensate my loss, he offered $15 credits. I felt so INSULTED to hear that. My 2hours weight $15!!!! Definitely NO ATT in the future.
