  • Extremely disappointing service. Initial ordering experience was excellent, Luna was our contact, however, when the order arrived at my home 30 days later the chair legs were damaged and the ottoman was the incorrect size. Chair legs repaired, no problem here, although for the money I expected a solid wood leg, not veneer finish, seems odd. Ottoman was re-ordered, minimal apology from the Store representatives, except Luna, zero effort to expedite the replacement with the correct ottoman. Told it would be another 30 days, period. That seemed crazy, and what is crazier is here I am 30+ days later still waiting for the correct ottoman, no call, no follow up, no service. I will try another furniture store going forward.
