| - Not sure what to make of their return policy:
They charge a 20% restocking fee which is worse than any I have seen (I have literally received a better return on the blackjack tables, I just don't know how to play when I am drunk). BUT WAIT! There's more!!! If that was not enough, your remaining 80% is store credit only, which is the really confusing part. As far as I can tell, all they really sell are phones and if your are trying to return a phone (less than 24 hrs later I should add), thus indicating you do not need a phone, what is the point of the store credit? Am I to purchase hundreds of dollars worth of phone covers or usb cables? Maybe that's what I should have done, then I could open up a kiosk at the local mall. I didn't realize this was to be seen as a small business loan! How foolish of me. I'd only charge a 10% restocking fee, and it would take the same effort.
Despite the empty apology from the Chief Executive Officer, I decided I would be better off keeping the phone. He was kind enough to tell me that I could get the full purchase price if I sold it on eBay myself though, which only puzzled me further as to why his return policy is what it is.
Ya know what? I just realized that it might be so that people don't return items, and he keeps your money! Hmm
