  • We moved into an 18-year-old house that smelled like musty cigarettes. We painted the entire house, from top to bottom. We had the carpets and tile cleaned. We washed down cupboards, inside and out. Most of the odor was gone but not all of it. When we changed the AC filters, the old ones looked disgusting, as if they had never been changed! So we hired A to Z Indoor Care to clean the ducts. Israel got back to us quickly, and was able to come out to the house on the day that we requested. He politely called twenty minutes before our scheduled time to assure us that they would be here on time. Both he and Anthony were very friendly and efficient. I watched Anthony remove the filters and show me the thick layer of dust inside the duct. I wondered if we should have the dryer vent cleaned at the same time, and they offered to do it at no charge. Best of all, no more stale cigarette odor!
