  • Overpriced. Its always so busy. At first I felt pampered when they worked on both my mani and pedi until I realized its so busy and I couldn't relax. One of the techs gave my friend attitude for wanting different colors on each of her nails, and we thought it was pretty rude. We're not ones to complain or have an attitude when we get bad service, so we tried to be nice about it but she was just so rude. My tech insisted I get a design even though I told her no she made chevron stripes on one and my gel manicure had chips within a week. Never went back.
