  • Front desk workers are generally courteous and professional. However, expect aggressive add-on expenses every time a service is performed. The one star review is a result of an experience I had which forced me to permanently change auto mechanics. I took my car in for a basic oil change and 30 minutes into my wait, the manager (Steve) gets into a massive verbal fight with one of his techs, screaming and exchanging expletives at each other for the better part of 20 minutes. Occasionally I have taken my daughters in with me to wait and this is entirely unprofessional and simply unacceptable. Take your vehicle elsewhere.
