rev:text	I went to Discount Tire in May 2016 just pricing tires. James was very helpful showed me what the cost of the tires would be in comparison to other companies through the valley. The tires were installed very quickly and I was on my way. I went back in July 2016 for my air pressure check and Mike assisted me. He was also very helpful. I inquired why I had not received my rebate from Yokohama. He called them while we were standing there and their phone system was saying they were on holiday. Mike then took my information and said he would call me the next day with the results. I was surprised when he did call me back with the results AND got the rebate moving forward. Just like he said I received an email from Yokohama that day telling me that they were processing my rebate and it would take 6 to 8 weeks to receive. They have excellent customer service, they really follow through, and their prices are very competitive with other tire shops in the valley.
