  • This review is based on our most recent visit (March 28, 2018) - Note that we did not even eat at this place at the end and left very unhappy. We ordered the lunch special, seafood and chicken combo. We waited more than 30 minutes for the food to come in and meanwhile the people got seated after us already eating their food. Our server did not check on us even once the entire time and we had to flag her down multiple times to see what was going on. Every time we asked, the server told us the food will be ready soon. We then asked to bring us the drink first while we waited and the drink did come in a few minutes. At the end, we left without eating because we were so fed up with the never ending "almost there" wait. Prior to our departure, the server said she would give us discount on the bill but we were extremely hungry and to be honest we didn't care for that, we only wanted food. Our questions were, why did the server not inform us the long preparation time at all? Perhaps we could order something else or at least know what to expect? We were not given a decent reason/excuse for the delay. In conclusion, it will be my very last visit to Cha Me Cha. I wish I could give it a zero star rating because this place deserves NONE. I strongly recommend people to give Lohas in the same complex a try. Much cheaper in price, food portion is perfect, friendly service and free drink with meal.
