  • I was dreading my next car purchase but the team at AutoNation made it real easy. I spoke to the internet salesman Duncan Kastilahn over the phone. We discussed the vehicles and price point I was looking for. He was able to get me top dollar on my trade-in and the finance manager Matt, took the time to explain how the process worked, patiently answered all our questions and wrapped up the transaction. The only negative was the time it took but I believe that is unavoidable. Thank you AutoNation Toyota, we are enjoying our brand new Highlander.
