  • This place is awful. The management is even worst. Went in to renew my contract however had to order the phone. Which was find but the problem was when I returned. The manager Amber is so rude. I'm shocked that she is even an manager with the attitude she gives the customers and her employees. Don't waste your time going here. Amber will even tell you there plenty of other Verizon stores you could go to ( her words exactly)
