  • Who knew that Charlotte would have some of the biggest and well-stocked comic book stores, I've ever seen? Heroes is well-located, with a floor layout that makes sense. Open, inviting, bright and cheery, with a friendly staff that is neither too geeky or cool. Massive amounts of comics, a smaller collection of figures; you can peruse until your heart's content. I'm not a hardcore comic book fan, but I love checking them out. What I enjoy about Heroes is that it's environment that is welcoming to both intense enthusiasts and also passerbys.
