  • UPDATE: The owner of the company has been in contact with me in a good faith effort to make sure I'm satisfied. He's been very generous, which is why I upped to three stars, but I just can't rate the service well, even if it seems my experience isn't typical. I purchased a deep clean for convenience and just got a headache instead. I had tried to hire a cleaner from Thumbtack who was a no call no show, so I decided maybe hiring an actual company would be easier than having to wait weeks for a cleaner to fix her car. Customer service was great, the website is professional, however, I guess I should have known something was up when I took the time to carefully fill out the whole online form, including special requests, and got a quote that didn't include the extra services I requested, or acknowledged my request not to clean two of my rooms (and reduce the price). One of the cleaners called me in the morning asking for directions to my house, which is right off of a major thoroughfare, and said she might be late. Two cleaners were at my home for 2.5 hours for a deep clean. Anyone who likes to clean would consider a deep clean to far exceed what this company provides. None of my cabinets were wiped down, my baseboards ignored, there is still dirt on my doors from when my dog got muddy a few weeks ago, one of my mirrors wasn't cleaned, my bathroom was only partially cleaned (the drains were still covered in hard water stains) and NOTHING WAS DUSTED. I hate to dust, a main reason I hired someone (besides needing help catching up after a few very stressful months) was to dust because I hate it. My picture frames, fixtures in my bathroom, liquor bottles, all still dusty (the bottles actually were covered in dry wall from a project! DRYWALL). I got them to remove the charges for inside windows and the fridge being cleaned, since the cleaners just blatantly didn't do it, and I received a 10% discount for my baseboards being ignored. The company is cheaper than a lot I saw, but you get what you pay for. I had to reclean after I paid to have my home cleaned. But, they did clean my oven I guess...
