  • I am rating different instructors at this school. I invited three guests to Maria's classes. One to a spin class and two people to inferno hot pilates. Maria was patient, ensured everyone had the proper equipment, made sure the spin shoes worked right on the bike, helped adjust the spin bike to fit the person, asked if he was OK? She even checked on him during the class and after the class. She did the same thing at Pilates, showed beginners special modifications for beginners and gave them a warm welcome and cool towels. She is a class act and caring and it really shows in her instruction. This is an A++ class and instructor, I highly recommend IHP.
