| - It was my Best Friends birthday and we desired to come here on a Saturday night. They offer packages and we got champagne bottle service and limo combo.
First the Limo was great, we started out on a high point. Once we actually got to the club thing went down hill. When we entered we were told that there was a mandatory coat check which costs three dollars.....apparently this is a city wide policy. But I'm sure the fee wasn't. That staff were a bit snobby and had bad attitudes. When we finally checked our coats and entered the club we sat down at a reserved table. Eventually, someone came to talk to us. We were given menus which included bottle service, cocktails, highballs and shisha. Later the waitress came back and took out orders. We then continued to wait..... and wait. Finally the waitress came back and informed us that they don't take orders, unless it's for bottle service. Ok fine, that was weird but oh well. So then we proceeded to the bar where my friend ordered a pineapple slam ( one of the drinks on the menu we were given) well the bartender told her he didn't know how to make it, and asked her what was in it. She couldn't remember so the bartender made her a highball with pineapple juice. I ordered a vodka slime and a water for my other friend from another bartender, and put some kind of nuclear green sludge in my glass and topped it up with some clear liquid which I thought was sprite....until she pored the same into the glass for my friends water. Yup, she topped off my vodka slime with water......no. Just no.
So the next thing that was unbelievable about this place was the bathrooms. First time I went in there the entire floor was wet and sprinkled with patches of vomit. Ok, I know it's a new guy club so I get it. People get drunk and toss their cookies. But the problem was that throughout the entire evening is was not mopped up. So from 11:00 when we got there to 2:00 am before we left the bathroom remained coated in vomit. The next day I found out that staff had given a mop to one of the friends of the girl that puked.....I'm sorry but that is unacceptable. Horrible service.
Ok so when the night was over, we made our way to the exit to grab our coats that were taken hostage for a three dollar ransom. But of course, every other person there had the exact same idea at the exact same time resulting in utter chaos. Honestly I couldn't help but think that a crowd of drunk people clogging an exit is a huge health and safety hazard. The staff at coat check were rude and inefficient and it took us forever to leave.
Over all the atmosphere and look of the club were pretty good, but that's just not enough to make up for the fact that this place is sooooo poorly run.
