  • The oven baked pancakes are insanely good. I want to go back and try all the different flavors at some point. You'll want to do the same once you've tried it. Trust. This place is known for their pancakes so make sure that is what you get. Everything else is pretty decent making the pancakes the bigger star of the show here. My fiance and I decided to have our Sunday Brunch Day here since I had a LivingSocial deal that I needed to use. We arrived just before 10am and the place was busy. It's small in size so it feels even more crowded than it really is. The downside was the wait to be seated and have our orders taken which took quite a bit of time. But note that this is not because the staff was not hustling - they were - but the place was full and there was only one girl serving as hostess, waitress and busser all in one. We weren't surprised when it took awhile to be seated, to get our drinks and to order our food. But hey, I can't be mad at her since she was trying. Not her fault that there wasn't additional staff to help. Ultimately, we got our food order in and we were prepared to wait a little while longer because the oven baked pancakes are noted to take 20 minutes preparation. We ordered one pancake each - orange cranberry for me and banana for him. We added a side of bacon, two eggs and potatoes for us to share. We LOVED our pancakes and ate every bite. The eggs were a bit runny and undercooked for me but not something that would ruin our meal. The bacon and potatoes were decent - nothing special - but a good complement to our sweet pancakes. So yes, service was slow but not unpleasant. Perhaps we'll try going at a different time when it's not peak weekend brunch hour but, even then, if we feel like one of their oven baked pancakes I'm pretty sure we'll brave the full house again if we need to. It's totally worth it.
