Absolutely the best brunch/breakfast that I have had in Madison. The baked goods are to die for, and the eggs are very simply cooked the way that eggs should be cooked.

Yes, the place, itself is way too small, and it WILL be difficult to find a place to sit. (You'll most likely wind up eating sitting on the curb outside.)
Still, do yourself a favor, if you are looking for breakfast on a weekend in Madison, get off the beaten path, a couple of miles from the Capital, and find this tiny little place.
It is wonderful.
