Solid three star review. In its prime, this was one of the most popular places for the 20-30 crowd, but is long past those days now. The food is quick and pretty fresh - and would be very comparable to any Mexican chain restaurant you could find throughout the country. I've dined here five times and always leave stuffed.
A couple of observations:
- Limited menu: it's just one page of the basics like a salad or a burrito. Nothing to fancy, which is okay, but for the price, you'd expect more than the 10 or so dishes/salads they have available.
- Music to loud: not trying to be an old guy, but the music was so darned loud that I could not even hear the people that were sitting next to me. We were there for lunch and there were only two other tables in the restaurant - so I would have expected it to be a bit lower.
- Extremely fast food prep and delivery: the entire menu/service is designed around getting people in and out of there. Totally fine by me, because I knew to expect that. Might be an issue for someone wanting to spend more time dining.
Overall, I like this place and would recommend it.
