They have a huge selection and the store is well kept. However I walked in knowing exactly what item I wanted because I found it online I was just avoiding the $80 delivery fee for the 2 items I needed. I thought walking in I would find someone that could point me in the right direction without having to go through the whole store (it's huge). Well to my surprise I could not find anyone to assist me so I gave up on that and just poked for the product myself which thankfully found fairly quickly once I got to the area that it was in. After I went to the self serve area and behold all their employees were here, but when they saw me struggling putting the boxes on the cart no one offered to help. I managed and went to the cashier which they had plenty of lines opened so the line went by very quickly which was nice considering everything else. However the cashier was bland no hello no how are you and no did you find everything you were looking for..... I like the things ikea has to offer but in store it was a horrible experience and online you're stuck with a HIGH delivery charge. I guess you just can pick which route works better for you. I was trying to save my office some money so that's why I went in person.
