| - Family owned and operated. Amanda and Matt (brother and sister) run the business that their dad, Chris started. He'll often grace his presence when things get busy for this growing enterprise. Chris is so unbelievably knowledgeable with everything that has to do with dealing with insurance companies and loss and such a joy to be around, especially when things are so dismal and hectic. The whole family is personable and beyond empathetic to people who undergo something as traumatic as losing their home to a massive flood or fire. I had experienced a massive flood while out of town only to have to come back to sifting through salvageable and non-salvageable things, grabbing whatever belongings I could gather in the middle of the Summer nights, getting 2 bouts of heat stroke all on my birthday. One birthday I won't be forgetting. The sudden uprooting and shifting your family is beyond imaginable and not something the human brain can comprehend or wrap their brains around unless they're actually going through the motions. Next thing you know, you've come back to a home that has walls and ceilings completely demo'd and strange people everywhere trying to prevent mold from taking place. Industrial heaters blowing under what used to be your carpet, where dry wall used to be and pretty much every step you take in the house. Your insurance company sends out their vendors and "thankfully," Elite Restoration was the company in charge of my pack-out and pack-in. Amanda was whom I met on that first day when I had to meet with construction and my insurance claims adjusters. It was extremely overwhelming and hard to focus when you're constantly looking at the people knocking things down in what used to be your comfortable family room. It's a LONG, lengthy process for sure but, Elite, Amanda and her family couldn't have been more supportive, understanding and accommodating. They went above and beyond to help out in every way. Always knowledgeable, always available via text or phone, and they have a great network of people in town to help in other ways. Matt (Amanda's brother) came in to help out with the pack-out and he's been super helpful with my property on the side. When things are confusing or you have questions about how this whole process works, Amanda and Chris have been there for me. I know this company is busy with insurance claims however, there honestly, isn't anything they can't do or help with in terms of your moving, storing, packing, outside contracting needs. I can't recommend them enough. Attention insurance companies for large claims or claims, you all should use Elite as your go to vendor. "Thank you Elite" for helping me and supporting me through an extremely trying and challenging time. You've made the process manageable.
