  • It could've been a lot better... I came in to an empty salon... the person who greeted me, I'm assuming her name is Amber because I called ahead to see if there was a wait, was sitting there, reading. She did not put down her book. She got up, eyes glued to her page as she was walking to her computer asking me questions... She asked if I've ever been there, which was a no. She asked what I needed, which was a simple haircut. She asked if I was ever there before...which again, is a no. Sorry your book was so important that you couldn't put it down for your customer and ask me the same question multiple times... that was annoying. So she hooked me up with another person from the back. She was a nice, quiet lady. I told her what I Wanted and she went to work. She was a little clumsy but I'm not concerned about that. I just kind of relaxed and just let her do her thing. She missed a few spots and had to come back to correct after she said she was done. And after we left, apparently there was like a mark on my neck which I am assuming came from her hair clipper cause my GF said that it wasn't there before that. I didn't feel it till later that night... so ouch. The hot towel was nice though. In short, I probably wouldn't come back here.
