  • I typically do not have a problem with the rental staff at the counter (LV airport has been good), but this one person who handled my reservation apparently took it upon himself that I got a great rate from Costco so he just kept trying to get me to pay up. Like offer me an upgraded car for just a higher price. I said No. What is your deductible on your insurance, you will need it higher, so pay this. I said No. If you damage the car, you are liable, so buy the collision insurance. I said No. You are going to crash the car, don't you wish you should have bought the insurance? As I walked away he said "return it in one piece". What an ass. Enterprise must be hard up for a few dollars. On the other hand the lady at the rental car exit gate was most helpful,
