  • Great experience start to finish. I was fortunate enough to get right in for my smog, I was 2nd in line. I was in and out in about 10 minutes. Marlene at the reception desk was so personable and patient. My service was simple....but the gentleman that came in behind me was VERY specific about his car and how it was serviced....she handled him like a pro and made sure the mechanics were aware of his instructions. Big was my smog tech, he made me aware of fluid levels and belts....all was in good shape but he let me know he checked them out. He was thorough and not condescending....which is a plus as I know nothing about cars. I did the yelp sign in for $7.77! I will definitely recommend and be back with our second vehicle. Quoted 24.95 for basic oil change....$99.50 for my Mercedes. Thanks USA Auto Service!!
