  • I found out about this place when a friend bought over a mixed fruit jelly roll cake from here. My first impression it was fluffy sponge outside and fluffy whipped cream wrapped around inside with berries. It tasted amazing. It's light, fresh, fruity and presentation is simple and nice. The sponge cake was a bit sweet but soft and fluffy. There was a dusting of powder sugar on the cake. This cake was purchased on the Thursday afternoon right before the long weekend and it was the last cake roll on display, so definitely place an order in advance! This review is complimenting the cake only. Serving size enough for 8-10 people. I haven't been to this location before and it would be a quite a distance drive to get to this grocer. So.. if driving by the neighbourhood, I would recommend this place for pick up desserts to anyone having an event, special occasions or just a craving for sweets.
