  • My boyfriend dropped off his hockey skates 2 days ago - they called and said the skates were ready to be picked up. When I arrived at the store an hour later for a quick pick up, I had to wait 20+ minutes when I got there because they forgot to sharpen both skates. After I left I realized they never asked me what type of cut he needed. I'm not impressed with their customer service.
