  • Today May 29 around 6PM I called a cab to pick me up somewhere in 17ave-14st. I waited thinking its only going to take 10 to 20 minutes the most as the lady who answered my call didn't advice me. 20 minutes came, and another 20 minutes at a very windy and cold afternoon was kind of frustrating. I phoned back and the lady said the cab is at around 2km away from me and didn't tell me exactly what time which I missed to ask as well, here comes the cab, I waved, went pass over me and didn't know where did he go. I was about to call other cab when the driver keep blowing his horn at the church parking!! This happened to me three times already due to poor service. Let your customer know of what time your cab can come as sometimes passenger forget to ask so they won't be waiting like crazy especially in the cold.
