  • Bought an appliance package here- salesperson Jeremiah was very nice and helpful but since meeting with him that first day it has been a complete (and still unresolved) DISASTER. Constant miscommunication, I follow up on delivery dates or replacement of my damaged (new??) appliances with everyone telling me different things. How many times have I taken off work for something to be delivered with no phone call to verify and then after I follow up I find out it's been pushed out a week. Everyone has been decent and kind to me but the insanely horrible communication takes it all away. If you buy anything that needs delivery just be prepared to be very patient.
